Rental Facilities
- Open Space Park
Located adjacent to Dordt College and the Junior/Senior High
School, Open Space Park consists of 80 acres of public recreational facilities including:
an all-weather rubber track, a lighted football field, a lighted sand volleyball court, 4
lighted tennis courts, a lighted baseball field, softball field, exercise trail, a
half-mile race track, the Sioux County Fairgrounds, and the
All Seasons Center featuring indoor and
outdoor pools, a multi purpose arena and senior center.
The athletic track can be used for
walking and jogging by the public. Rules for the track: 1) School
activities have first priority. 2) Please walk on the outside lanes.
The inside lane markings are wearing off due to heavy traffic. 3) No
roller blades, bikes, or skates are allowed on the track. 4) No spikes
allowed, with the exception of track spikes.
The two east tennis courts have
been totally refinished and the two west tennis courts have a new top
coat finish and new color. They are located south and west of the
football complex. Roller blades are not allowed on tennis courts!

Children's Park
This 17 acre park contains playground equipment and five shelter
houses. Camping pads and handicap accessible restrooms are also available.
Camping fees:
Non-Electrical -- $10/night & $55/week
Non-Electrical -- $12/night & $65/week
Non-Electrical -- $15/night & $80/week
Non-Electrical -- $17/night & $95/week

4th Avenue SE |
- Central Park
3 acres located in the center of Sioux Center contain an open and closed
shelter house, band shell, paved volleyball court, handicap accessible restrooms,
and the new Central Adventure playground.

playground equipment, open shelter house, sand volleyball court,
soccer area.

7th Street NW

Regency Park
An open shelter house and playground equipment are ready to be used in
this 3 acre park. Future home of ball fields and soccer fields.

19th Street SE |

Tower Fields
Located on the west end of Sioux Center, it consists of 4 ball fields
this year. The new fields will not have lights, and they are different sizes. The north
field is 255' to the fence and the south field is a little league diamond with 175' length
to the fence. Tower Fields are open for public use whether you have a
team or just want to practice.
